التقى دولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء المصري الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي، اليوم في العاصمة القاهرة، معالي مساعد وزير الاستثمار رئيس الهيئة السعودية لتسويق الاستثمار المهندس إبراهيم بن يوسف المبارك، وسفير خادم الحرمين الشريفين لدى مصر الأستاذ صالح بن عيد الحصيني، ورئيس اتحاد الغرف التجارية السعودية الأستاذ حسن بن معجب الحويزي، ورئيس مجلس الأعمال السعودي المصري الأستاذ بندر بن محمد العامري، إلى جانب عدد من كبار رجال الأعمال السعوديين، وذلك في إطار زيارة الوفد للمشاركة في فعاليات ملتقى الاستثمار السعودي المصري.
وأكد الدكتور مدبولي خلال اللقاء اعتزازه بالعلاقات الأخوية المتميزة التي تجمع مصر والمملكة العربية السعودية، مشيدًا بالمشاركة الرفيعة لرجال الأعمال السعوديين في ملتقى رجال الأعمال الذي عُقد أمس تحت شعار “شراكة إستراتيجية للتنمية”.
وأشار مدبولي إلى أن دخول اتفاقية تشجيع وحماية الاستثمارات المتبادلة بين البلدين حيز التنفيذ يُعد نقطة انطلاق جديدة نحو مرحلة أكثر تقدمًا من التعاون الاقتصادي، خاصة على مستوى القطاع الخاص، مؤكدًا أن حكومته تولي اهتمامًا بالغًا بتوسيع آفاق الشراكة مع الأشقاء في المملكة.
ونوّه دولته إلى تزايد عدد الشركات السعودية العاملة في مصر، وكذلك الاهتمام المتنامي من الشركات المصرية بالسوق السعودي، معتبرًا ذلك دلالة واضحة على الثقة المتبادلة بين القطاعين الخاصين في البلدين.
كما استعرض رئيس الوزراء أبرز الفرص الاستثمارية الواعدة في مصر، لا سيما في قطاعات الصناعة، والسياحة، والطاقة، والخدمات اللوجستية، داعيًا المستثمرين السعوديين إلى الاستفادة من تلك الفرص في ظل ما يشهده الاقتصاد المصري من إصلاحات هيكلية ومشروعات قومية طموحة.
من جانبه، أكد معالي المهندس إبراهيم المبارك أن المملكة تنظر إلى مصر كشريك إستراتيجي رئيس في تحقيق الاستقرار والنمو الاقتصادي في المنطقة، مشيدًا بما لمسه من حرص وجدية لدى رجال الأعمال المصريين تجاه الاستثمار في المملكة.
وأوضح المبارك أن هناك فرصًا واعدة لتطوير برامج سياحية وصناعية مشتركة، مؤكدًا أهمية تحقيق التكامل في ظل التغيرات الاقتصادية العالمية، ومشيرًا إلى أن التعاون بين أكبر اقتصادين في المنطقة من شأنه أن يُحدث نقلة نوعية في المشهد الاقتصادي الإقليمي.
ويُذكر أن ملتقى الاستثمار السعودي المصري الذي عُقد أمس شهد مشاركة واسعة من كبار المسؤولين ورجال الأعمال من الجانبين، وناقش سبل تعزيز الشراكة، واستكشاف آفاق جديدة للتعاون في مختلف القطاعات الاستثمارية الحيوية.
In a New Boost to Strategic Partnership: Egyptian Prime Minister Meets High-Level Saudi Delegation, Praises Deep Economic Ties Between the Two Nations

Egyptian Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly met today in Cairo with His Excellency Eng. Ibrahim bin Yousef Al-Mubarak, Assistant Minister of Investment and Chairman of the Saudi Investment Promotion Authority, along with the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Egypt, H.E. Mr. Saleh bin Eid Al-Hussaini, Chairman of the Federation of Saudi Chambers H.E. Mr. Hassan bin Mujib Al-Huwaizi, Chairman of the Saudi-Egyptian Business Council H.E. Mr. Bandar bin Mohammed Al-Amri, and a number of prominent Saudi businessmen. The meeting came as part of the delegation’s visit to attend the Saudi-Egyptian Investment Forum held in Cairo.
During the meeting, Dr. Madbouly expressed his appreciation for the distinguished participation of Saudi business leaders in the forum, which was held under the theme “Strategic Partnership for Development.” He praised the longstanding brotherly relations between Egypt and Saudi Arabia and reaffirmed Egypt’s commitment to deepening economic ties with the Kingdom.
The Prime Minister highlighted the recent enforcement of the Agreement on the Encouragement and Protection of Mutual Investments between the two countries, describing it as a new starting point for enhanced economic cooperation, particularly in the private sector.
He emphasized the Egyptian government’s keen interest in expanding investment partnerships with its Saudi counterparts.
Dr. Madbouly also pointed to the growing presence of Saudi companies operating in Egypt, as well as the increasing interest of Egyptian firms in the Saudi market.
He considered this mutual expansion a strong indicator of private sector confidence in both economies and a key driver for the desired economic integration.
The Prime Minister reviewed some of the major investment opportunities currently available in Egypt, especially in the sectors of industry, tourism, energy, and logistics.
He called on Saudi investors to capitalize on these prospects in light of Egypt’s ongoing structural reforms and ambitious national projects.
For his part, H.E. Eng. Ibrahim Al-Mubarak reiterated that Saudi Arabia views Egypt as a key strategic partner in achieving regional economic stability and growth.
He commended the seriousness and enthusiasm shown by Egyptian business leaders towards investing in the Kingdom.
Al-Mubarak also highlighted promising opportunities to develop joint tourism and industrial programs, stressing the importance of economic integration amid global shifts.
He noted that collaboration between the region’s two largest economies could significantly transform the regional economic landscape.
It is worth noting that the Saudi-Egyptian Investment Forum, held yesterday, witnessed broad participation from senior officials and business leaders from both countries.
The forum aimed to enhance bilateral economic cooperation and explore new investment opportunities across various vital sectors.
