أفاد مصدر خاص لشبكتنا #شبكةنشطاءعفرينAAN بأن قائد مرتـ.ـزقـ.ـة مايسمى “الشرطة العسكرية” التابعة للأحـ.ـتلال التركي في مدينة #عفرين المـ.ـحـ.ـتلـة، المرتـ.ـزق #أحمدكبصو بن عبد الرحمن الملقب “أبو جمال” قام بفرض غرامة مالية مقداره 1000 دولار أمريكي على كل مواطن كردي أستعاد منزله #بحيالأشرفية وماحولها وخاصة شارع الفيل بمركز مدينة عفرين المـ.ـحـ.ـتلـة تلك المنازل التي كانت تستولي عليها مرتـ.ـزقـ.ـة الفيلق الثالث قبل طردهم من المدينة.

وأضاف المصدر بأن المرتـ.ـزق “أحمد كبصو” قد طالب أيضا أصحاب المحلات التجارية في سوق الهال والمنطقة الصناعية وطريق سرفيس حي الأشرفية وماحولها التي كانت مرتـ.ـزقـ.ـة الفيلق الثالث قد استولت عليها والان أصبحت تحت سيطرته، طالبهم بدفع أيجار تلك المحلات لستة أشهر سلفا وبالدولار الامريكي،وإلا سوف يقوم بطردهم وسجنهم بتهم كاذبة غير صحيحة،علما بأن بعض المواطنين الكُرد قد قاموا بمراجعة الجهات المختصة التابعة للأحـ.ـتلال التركي لتقديم الشكوى ضد قرار المرتـ.ـزق أحمد كبصو إلا أن تلك الجهات رفضت طلبهم بحجة أن لاسلطة لهم على قيادة مـ.ـرتـ.ـزقـ.ـة الشرطة العسكرية.

Every Kurdish Citizen Restored his House in the Oc.cu.pied City of Afrin Charged a Fine of 1000 dollars by the So-called the Mer.ce.naries of “Military Police”.
A special source reported to our network #Afrin_Activists_NetworkANN that the leader of the so-called the mer.ce.naries of the military police in the occupied city of #Afrin ,#Ahmad_Kabso Abo Jamal charged a fine of 1000 dollars on every Kurdish citizen who restored his house in #AlAshrafiya neighbourhood and around it specially Villat street in the center of the oc.cu.pied city of Afrin. The houses that were seized by the mer.ce.naries of Faylaq al-Thaleth before they were dismissed out of the city.
Sources added that the mer.ce.nary “Ahmad Kabso” asked the owners of shops in Souq al-Hal, the economic region and Al-Ashrafiya mini-bus way ,that were seized by the mer.ce.naries of Faylaq al-Thaleth and now are under his control,asked them to pay the rent of the shops for six months in advance by dollars, otherwise he will dismiss them and take them to prison accused of incorrect charges. It s worth mentioning that some Kurdish citizens went to competent authorities of the Turkish oc.cu.pation to file a complaint against Ahmad Kabso s decision,however, they refused their demand in the pretext that they have no control over the leader of the mer.ce.naries of the military police.
